Sara advises on all aspects of labour and employment law, but her areas of special interest are:

  • Employment law, primarily with a focus on the private sector labour market, including giving advice and conducting litigation on contracts, dismissals and post-termination restrictions
  • Business restructures, including business transfers and collective redundancies
  • Drafting of employee policies and incentive programmes
  • Discrimination, including giving advice and conducting litigation relating to equal treatment and discrimination in employment
  • Data protection
